Mastermind groups represent a high-value extension of your Rootworks membership. Members apply to join these smaller, intimate groups of like-minded firm owners and key stakeholders to exchange ideas and information, collectively solve common issues and work to achieve set goals around growth and business model improvement.
Groups meet monthly and are led by a dedicated and seasoned Rootworks facilitator. At the core, Mastermind groups offer a structured small-group platform to further fuel firm success while also providing the laser-focused support required to keep participants accountable in setting objectives and goals and implementing change with intention and structured planning.
