    • What is Inspire?

      The Inspire conference is the capstone end-of-the-year event exclusively for Rootworks members. Stay in the know when it comes to trends in the profession, best practices, technology updates and more. Through a variety of breakout sessions, powerful keynote presentations and networking opportunities, you’ll leave with the inspiration you need to create a better firm—all while earning valuable CPE!

    • How much does Inspire cost to attend?

      There are several pricing options, including early-bird pricing when you book early!

    • What’s included with my registration?

      Your registration includes access to all keynote and breakout sessions, provided meals such as networking breakfasts and lunches, evening events, and more!

    • What is the registration cancellation policy?

      Refunds for cancellations* are based on cancellation date. Please see below.

    FAQs - Travel

    • Which airport is the closest to the Inspire venue?

      The Sarasota-Bradenton Airport (SRQ) is the closest airport, located approximately four miles from The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota.

    • Will shuttle busses be provided?

      Airport shuttles are not provided from the Sarasota-Bradenton airport to The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota. Taxis and rideshares Uber and Lyft are available.

    FAQs - Accommodations

    • Are there special hotel rates for the event?

      There are a limited number of rooms at the discounted rate, available on a first-come basis, at The Ritz-Carlton.

      Reservations must be received on or before Friday, September 29, 2023, to receive the discounted rate.

    • What amenities and services are included in the hotel resort fee?

      The resort fee includes complimentary Wi-Fi through the resort; one complimentary fitness class daily; two-hour bike rental at the resort; umbrellas and chairs at The Beach Club, use of masks, fins and bodyboards at The Beach Club; access to the driving range and golf practice area; use of kayaks, paddleboards and life vests at the resort; and use of fishing poles at the resort.

    • How much does parking cost at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota?

      Valet overnight parking: $36 daily

      Valet day parking: $14 daily

    • Who should I contact if I have special dietary needs or allergies?

      There is a section on the conference registration form for special requests. Please complete the section when registering.

    FAQs - At Inspire

    • Where can I pick up my badge?

      Badges will be available for pickup at the Inspire registration desk beginning on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Specific hours will be posted soon.

    • Are group meeting spaces provided at Inspire?

      Meeting space at Inspire is limited. There are open collaboration spaces throughout the property, but no meeting rooms are available for rental.

    • What is the recommended attire for the conference?

      Attire for Inspire is business casual.
