As the Director of Education Services, Sean provides consulting, facilitates discussions within the RootWorks online community groups, and develops educational material for RootWorks’ comprehensive resource center, webinars, and Leadership Communities. He also provides one-on-one personalized support on technology, workflow, and best practices through monthly coaching calls to RootWorks Academy members.
 
Before joining RootWorks, Sean spent more than eight years in various departments in the tax and accounting sector of Thomson Reuters helping firms implement the right technology solutions and providing support and training on a full range of tax and accounting software. He has been a speaker at numerous association and vendor events, including NATP National Conferences and Thomson Reuters Partner Summits and Users’ Conferences.
 
Sean has and continues to work as a staff accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University. He also has an MBA in management from Cleary University. He is an avid Michigan State sports fan and enjoys working out and training for events.
